ACM Landholdings Incor
About ACM Landholdings Incor
ACM Homes was founded by three women who wanted to provide affordable yet high-quality housing to Filipinos. Two of the three women returned to the Philippines after successful stints in banking and finance abroad. The third one was a lawyer at a local firm. All three women wanted to do their part to give back to the community. The company's target market is low to the middle-class segment of society. Cavite was the first site of its projects, which eventually expanded to Batangas. To date, they have constructed over 12,000 housing units in 20 projects. Their projects come in three categories - socialized, low, and middle income. However, each project is a community that allows families to live safely and comfortably. One of their developments in Imus, Cavite, the Pacific Terraces Community, is a product of their alliance with a crew management company. The end result was affordable housing in a living community.
