By accessing and using Housal's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, agents, and developers.

Housal provides a platform for users to browse, list, and inquire about real estate properties in the Philippines. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

Property listings on Housal are provided by property owners, agents, and developers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Housal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information.

Listing Content Requirements

• •All information provided must be accurate and not misleading
• •Images must be current and represent the actual property
• •Pricing must be accurate and updated regularly
• •Contact information must be valid and monitored

The content, features, and functionality of the Housal platform are owned by Housal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Housal provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• •The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• •Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• •Any errors will be corrected
• •The platform is free of viruses or harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold Housal harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
