3.1 Listing Content
Users who post property listings represent and warrant that they have the right to list the property and that all information provided is accurate and not misleading.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of the Housal platform are owned by Housal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Housal provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Housal harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
