Alpa Land Incorporated is a locally grown property developer situated in Cebu City and was founded by Albino D. Gothong. The company is a real-estate subsidiary of the A.D. Gothong Group of Companies that develops and operates commercial networks and independent homes in Cebu. Its first major project is a 2.1-hectare well-built subdivision in Mandaue City and is named Fontana Heights Residences.
