Alunan Realty Company, Inc. (ARCI) is one of the real estate developers that contributed to the growth of our economy through government housing projects. One of their biggest projects to date is the Charito Heights Subdivision, a project which was inaugurated by President Joseph E. Estrada in the year 2000.
