On the 29th of September 1993, BANFF Realty and Development Corporation was integrated under Philippine laws. The company planned of delivering not just quality but also low-cost homes for the Filipino community. After 2 decades of committed participation in the housing industry, BANFF is proud of its reputable achievements by having finished almost 3,000 high-end quality housing projects within its four subdivision projects which are REGINA VILLE, REGINA VILLE CLASSIC, REGINA VILLE 2000 Phase 1 and REGINA VILLE Phase II. The company was the first developer to acquire an exclusive Memorandum of Agreement to build housing projects for the PNP, AFP, DECS staff and other government institutions and offices. On 2003, the company was cited as the most OUTSTANDING DEVELOPER by HUDCC's Kabalikat sa Pabahay Awards. It was no other than Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo who presented the said award to Ramon A. Syhunliong, BANFF's President and CEO. The award was given last December 10, 2003 at the Malacanang Palace. This is proof of the company's excellence in the housing industry. To demonstrate the company's constant aim for national excellence, BANFF has commenced the RESIDENCIA de REGINA on December 22, 2004. The challenging but monumental undertaking was completed September 2006. The 25-storey condominium project is located at 94 Xavierville Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. Today, the company has two ongoing projects namely THE REGINA LANE in Mindanao Ave. Quezon City and THE REGINA HILLS located at Heroes Hill near Quezon City. Another project in the works is the 6-hectare THE REGINA NORTHVIEW located in Capas, Tarlac.
