Borland Development Corporation or BDC is a real estate company that has been operating for more than 25 years. It is known for making sturdy houses at reasonable prices. It was in 1990 that their founder, Mr. Vincente Hao Chin Sr., decided to start the business. He saw the overpopulation problem of the Philippines and deduced there was an urgent need for more houses. BDC believes that the success of a company is based on its good relationship with its partners, employees, and clients. They promote this culture by respecting each other and showing that everyone can be more productive with the jobs that they are given. Their main objective is to build houses for the masses and give everyone the chance to have their own house.
