BUILDERS 2000, INC. is a developer and contractor and specializes in building residential and commercial developments. Over the last 25 years they have added several projects to their impressive portfolio in notable cities such as Luzon, Visayas, Pasay City, Manila, Madaluyong City, Quezon City, Marikina City, and Cebu City. Because they are also a contractor, they have construction equipment that allows projects to be completed at lower costs. Their first major high-rise project was completed in 1990, known as the Asiawealth tower followed by Le Mirage de Malate in Malate, Manila. These projects were successfully completed in economies that were facing financial crisis when most companies and developer were hesitant to begin new ventures. They continued to add successful projects to their track record with the SHAW RESIDENZA, a residential condominium comprised of loft style units located on Shaw Boulevard which has become a staple of the bustling city of Mandaluyong City.
