About Casimiro Development Corporation

Casimiro Development Corporation (CDC) is a legacy of the Casimiro clan, headed by Gabriel "Ben" P. Casimiro. The latter is the founding president of the company, which was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission in April 1978. Their first project is the development of one of their lands in Pamplona, Las Piñas. It is now known as the Casimiro Village, which is catering to families in the mid-tier income range. The CDC continued its efforts by acquiring undeveloped lands and partnered with the landowners to create the second phase of the Casimiro Village. Even with the current status of the political climate in 1983, the CDC persevered in providing a home for Filipinos tthat they can proud of – the Casimiro Village Phase 3. As of today, Casimiro Development Corporation continues to deliver high-quality projects to provide homes for people in the country.
