Community Innovations

Established in 1988, Community Innovations, Inc.'s (CI) original role was to offer services to people with behavioral problems who had trouble securing a home. These created challenges for government agencies, but their services now include confronting the needs of North Carolina's intellectually and developmentally disabled (IDD) populace. By offering their services to people who need it most, CI has proven their worth as community developers in the real estate industry.
