Registered last October 26, 1982 as a Construction Services Company, E. GANZON INC. offers a diverse kind of services which are the whole gamut of general engineering and building services consisting ov structural plumbing, civil works, sanitary, mechanical, electric, and its other specializations. Some of the practices they offer as well covers the horizontal and vertical construction of structures which includes commercial and residential buildings, schools, resorts, hotels, hospitals, industrial and factory buildings, subdivisions, roads, warehouses, and other infrastructure facilities. Civil Engineers working for them are all tested and proven by decades of year of practice that E. Ganzon Inc. offers professionally. Aside from its excellent line of architects and engineers, they also have in pool the best trained and skilled professionals in the marketing, finance, administration, and property management department making it easier for them to deliver efficiently and effectively, resulting to satisfied and growing clients. West Insula Condominium and Condominium South Insula in Quezon City, and Pamulinawen Hotel in Ilocos Norte are its current project. They also have in other locations like hotels in Cavite, Mindoro, Baguio, Ilocos Norte, Cebu, and Manila, and a hospital in Kalibo Aklan not to mention the apartment building in the University Belt. There is also the EGI by the sea constructed much earlier, a beachfront commercial and residential property in Mactan, Cebu, Atrium Suites which is a first class hotel that is found in the 15th and 25th floors of Rufino Plaza along the corner of Senator Gil Puyat Avenue, Pasay City. Through this projects, the EGI Hospitality Division finally emerged still continuing its vision to be a flexible and high end managing properties in their line of business. It garnered an award of being the Best Engineering Contractor by the National Product Quality Excellence awards.
