Filinvest Land Inc.

The company was established in November of 1989 as Citation Homes, Inc. The company then formally changed its brand name to Filinvest Land, Inc. last July of 1993. The company was registered on the Philippines Stock Exchange on the 25th of October 1993 and is currently one of its largest shareholders. The company is also a subsidiary of FDC and is regarded as one of the top real-estate developers in the country. The corporation has presently over 100 ongoing projects in around 39 cities and municipalities all over the country. Some of its projects include Sorrento Oasis, Claremont, The Levels, and Pioneer Pointe.
