First Ironwood Residential Development Corporation was founded last 2013 and is a subsidiary of EBP Holdings Corp. The EBP Holdings Corp is liable in the rental of different real-estate projects around Metro Manila. First Ironwood's aim is to participate in the real-estate development industry. The company's flagship project was called Ironwood Estates. The project broke ground on October 2014 and is a 3-hectare development located in 408 Lipa-Ibaan Road, Barangay Sampaguita, Lipa City. The project consisted of 174 units and offers its customers resort-like amenities such as clubhouse, swimming pool and a full sized basketball court.
