About Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation
Delfin S. Lee conceptualized a world-class style of living for the low- and middle-class Filipino community and thus he founded the Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation. The company's first flagship project was a 100% socialized housing development project in San Mateo, Rizal named Sta. Barbara Villas. Their next project was a 14-hectare property with the same name and is also in the same place. Through perseverance and commitment, Filmar Realty Corporation was launched as a sister company of Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation. By the middle of 2002, Lee participated into high-rise developments with the construction of Globe Asiatique Tower as his innovation. The company did not slowdown as it continued to form its symbol in the real-estate business as a powerful rival with its top-rated condoville project called Chateau Valenzuela then followed by the rise of the exclusive G.A Tower 2 Condominium in 2005. And at the top of the company's triumph, the Xevera project was built in 2008 at Pampanga. Presently, Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation continues to be a vital competitor in the industry, giving excellent and low-cost homes for every investor.
