Each company has its own humble beginnings and Hausland Development Corporation is no exception. Wilfredo M. Tan started it as Haus-Land Assets and Realty more than 25 years ago. In a smart move, they started their venture by purchasing foreclosed properties from the government. Six years later, they took the next step towards building credibility as they built a subdivision in Angeles City now known as Villa Regina. The 4-hectare property was so attractive that it didn't take long for all the units to be bought. Afterward, the company sought the help of the National Home Mortgage Finance program to improve properties that are located in Tarlac. Due to the success of their projects, they were able to get the support of various financial companies. It was only a matter of time before their hard work got recognized as they were awarded the First Kabalikat as Pabahay Developer of the Year last 2003. Afterward, the company focused on developing properties in the fast-rising Subic Freeport Zone. Only good things are in store for the company's future especially since they were able to build more than 3,000 residential units.
