Since it's incorporation on April 14, 1987, Jamaica Realty & Marketing Corporation has actively focused on the real estate business. Its Principal stockholder, Jaime B Biana, a licensed Real Estate Broker and CPA, was already an expert in realty management marketing. He came in with a strong experience like Shineland Village in Cabuyao, Mariquita Pueblo II in St. Rosa Laguna and Shineland Village in Cabuyao. He now serves as the Chairman of the Board of the corporation. In the Southern Tagalog Area, Pangasinan Area and the Bicol Region, Jamaica Realty and Marketing Corporation is one of the top players. They have persistently expanded to the Cagayan and Northern Luzon, more dominantly in Ilocos Sur and Tuguegarao. They are now working on expanding across entire Luzon with a sole motive of uplifting the customers by providing them the best of real estate. They are headquartered in Laguna.
