Legaspi Land Corporation was founded in 1996 and focuses on the boutique development of residential and commercial condominiums. Their main objective is to deliver quality real estate projects to local and foreign consumers. Specializing in converting low and midrise buildings to venues that support a broader range of networks, the company has developed and expanded its portfolio to include 357 Boracay in Aklan, St. Michael Square (SMS) in Makati, and Holy Angels Place in Makati. Legaspi Land Corporation is in the process of developing four additional projects: a property in Tagaytay City, and estates in Bel-air, Makati; Calamba, Laguna; and Carmona, Cavite.
