Panorama Development Corporation

In 1969 Panorama Development Corporation transformed a raw land of 10.7 hectares to what is now known as the Blue Heights Subdivision. Starting of as a set of warehouses in the south of Metro Manila, Panorama Development Corporation invested in the fishing industry in 1973 and resumed its real estate ventures in 1979 earning a reputation as the lead developer in the CALABARZON area. Notable projects include the Panorama Building, Circle C Mall, and Grand Tower Condominium. Now Panorama Development Corporation plans to expand and develop real estate all over the country. Panorama Development Corporation is now owned by Edgar Coronel, former president of Cinderella Marketing Corp. Its main office is located at Quezon City, 1029 North EDSA.
