Prominence Property Incorporated was established in 1996 and started as a start-up business venturing into the housing property development industry. The company's first mid-rise residential condominium project is found in Mandaluyong City and is called the Mahogany Mansion. Today, the company has ongoing projects in San Rafael and Baliuag Bulacan, Cavite, and Mandaluyong City. The company also serves as a co-manager in some housing projects in the NCR.
