The company has developed house and lot localities in cooperation with its sister company, Summerfield Resources Corporation, and associate company AlphaBuilders Development Corporation. Shaughnessy was founded in 1994 and its flagship project is named as Summerfield East. The Summerfield East is located at Taytay Rizal and currently is expanding to other nearby areas like Pasig, Cainta, and Pampanga.
