Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI) was founded on November 14, 1997 under the Alliance Global Inc., as its wholly-owned subsidiary. Ever since, it has initiated building residential communities in Silang, Gen. Trias and Dasmariñas, Cavite that are uniquely capable and independent. Aside from this, it has also worked on condominium projects in the Philippines' capital, Manila. Today, it has become the current developer of choice because of its dedication to build well-structured homes and communities with a very reasonable cost for low-to-moderate-income Filipino families.
