terraPrime, Inc, (TEP) is the joint venture between First Balfour, Inc. and Estuar Development Corporation (EsDC) that benefits from the combined expertise in real estate development, technical expertise, personnel and the appropriate facilities to develop and manage quality condominiums. terraPrime, Inc, (TEP) also specializes in both the sales and marketing of existing condominiums. Their current venture involves a 3-tower multi-functional condominium building project, currently known as "Prima Residences" on Quezon Avenue, Quezon City projected to be completed within four years.
