The company follows its history from Tradition Homes Development Corporation who has developed communities and homes. Some of the company's projects were Tradition Square Condominium in Maceda, Sampaloc Manila; Eastview Homes-Marikina in Brgy. Parang, Marikina City; Southview Homes Phase 1 & 2 in Brgy. San Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna and Tradition Homes 1 & 2 in Brgy. Inocencio, Trece Martirez City, Cavite.
