Tradition Homes Project Managers & Development Inc. was founded with the desire of giving inexpensive and convenient homes for the middle-class Filipino community. The company follows its history from Tradition Homes Development Corporation who has developed communities and homes. Some of the company's projects were Tradition Square Condominium in Maceda, Sampaloc Manila; Eastview Homes-Marikina in Brgy. Parang, Marikina City; Southview Homes Phase 1 & 2 in Brgy. San Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna and Tradition Homes 1 & 2 in Brgy. Inocencio, Trece Martirez City, Cavite.
