Triple Capricorn was established in 1987 by well-known entrepreneur Philip Go. The company aims to give first-class suburban and industrial projects across the country. In no time, that goal was accomplished, with the company finishing various developments within Luzon and Visayas. These projects include Asiawealth Tower, Shaw Residenza, Le Mirage de Malate, and Pacific Coast Residences. Since then, the company started building partnerships with brokers and brokerages from abroad, with an even larger ambition now which is to engage in the overseas market. And in 2014, it organized itself to go worldwide. The company changed its name from Triple Capricorn to Luxe Asia Properties to centralize all the company's developments under one corporate brand.
