Veradex Development Corporation is run by the same people behind the Bank of Makati. They are also, in part, responsible for the Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, Honda Prestige Traders Incorporated, Fundline Finance Corporation, and Global Reciprocal Colleges to name a few.
