Zhongfa Development Inc. or ZFDI, the Philippines branch of Beijing Zhongfa Company, is a forerunner in the areas of trading of electronic or communication products and development of commercial properties. Since its registration and foundation last December 2010, it has been consistent in the aspect of bringing user-friendly products in the Philippine market not to mention the quality, comfortability and energy saving features it has. They have a total of 500 elite manpower divided into the Development and Planning Department, Business Operations Department, Property Management Department, and Capital Operation and Utilization Department. It has a total asset of above RMB3.8 billion consisting of the following commercial properties: Zhichun Electronics Mall, Beijing Zhongfa Electronics Building, Zhongfa Security Products Mall, Zhongfa Baiwang Shopping Mall, Amboseli Resort and Hotel, Xiyuan Outdoor Products Mall, and Masai Mara Resort and Hotel.
