TCP

Total Contract Price

Definition

The total amount a buyer pays for a property, including the base price and any additional items like parking slots, upgrades, or EVAT (if applicable). The TCP is the basis for computing down payment, equity, and loan amount.

Examples

  • Condo unit ₱2.5M + Parking ₱500K = TCP ₱3M
  • TCP may include EVAT for properties above ₱3.2M threshold
