Billing & Payments

Upgrading & Canceling
Upgrading Your Plan: 1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription 2. Click "Upgrade Plan" 3. Select your new plan 4. Pay the prorated difference
Downgrading: - Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle - Your listings remain active until then
Cancellation: 1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription 2. Click "Cancel Subscription" 3. Complete the brief survey (helps us improve) 4. Access continues until period ends - No refunds for partial periods
