How to Calculate Rental Yield

Gross Rental Yield = (Annual Rental Income / Property Price) x 100

Example:

Property Price: ₱5,000,000

Monthly Rent: ₱25,000 (Annual: ₱300,000)

Rental Yield = (₱300,000 / ₱5,000,000) x 100 = 6%
