Formerly known as Statehouse Land Development, Cityland Development Corporation (CDC), had its humble beginnings. The company started out by obtaining and building suitable land sites for office, commercial, residential, industrial and institutional uses. The company then had varied portfolio through investments. Its operations resulted in office and residential developments located in the cities of Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, and Pasig. The company built residential subdivisions and agricultural lots in Cavite and Bulacan areas. As it jubilates its 35th year, Cityland takes pride of its enormous portfolio of 41 condominium projects that comprised of 23,984 units and 685 hectares of subdivision developments encompassing 1, 007 housing units and 18,575 lots.
