CCT

Condominium Certificate of Title

Definition

The equivalent of a TCT but specifically for condominium units. It proves ownership of a specific unit within a condominium project. The CCT includes the unit's floor area, parking slot (if any), and the owner's undivided share in the common areas.

  • Each condo unit owner receives a CCT after full payment
  • The CCT shows your percentage share in common areas

  • Verify that the developer has a License to Sell before buying
  • Check if parking is titled separately or included in the CCT
  • Review the Master Deed and Declaration of Restrictions
