DHSUD

Also known as: HLURB, HOUSING AND LAND USE REGULATORY BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS

Definition

The government agency (formerly HLURB - Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board) responsible for regulating real estate developers, issuing License to Sell, and protecting buyers' rights. DHSUD handles complaints against developers and ensures compliance with housing laws.
