License to Sell / LTS

Definition

A permit issued by DHSUD (formerly HLURB) that authorizes a developer to sell units in a subdivision or condominium project. Buying from a developer without LTS is risky as it means the project hasn't been approved by the government.

  • Always ask for LTS number before buying preselling
  • Verify LTS at DHSUD website
